Senior Process Development Chemist - (Rochester, NY)

Eastman Kodak Company is looking for a Senior Process Development Chemist to join our team in Rochester, NY. This individual will have responsibilities as a process development chemist, commercialization contributor and as a Small Scale production technical leader. We are seeking an individual with the flexibility to work both on the bench, exploring synthetic routes, as well as in small scale manufacturing as a Production Chemist, developing and managing a portfolio of commercial chemical processes. REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with Ph.D. chemists and manufacturing on route selection, and creatively solve issues arising during the route development. Develop safe manufacturable processes, taking into consideration Health, Environmental, Regulatory and Safety aspects. Work on the bench to develop robust manufacturing processes. Bench work to generate product samples that validate assumptions of process and price targets
