Quality Assurance Analyst - (Union City, OH)

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst for a FULL-TIME assignment with 1 of our premier clients in Dayton, Ohio area . Responsibilities : Successful applicant will work with IT department and QA analysts throughout the entire life-cycle of projects, enhancements and fixes. This will include, but is not limited to, involvement in qualifications phase, conceptual design, testing and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the end users of the products and implementation. QA also acts as a liaison between business office and IT, and provides 2nd level support for all help desk issues. In addition, QA provides assistance for the day to day, high energy, operations.
