Plant Manager - (Solon, OH)

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking a qualified individual to fill our opening for the Plant Manager position in Solon, Ohio. MUST HAVE BREAD MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE! Basic Duties: Oversee the production process, and reducing costs. Make sure products are manufactured on time and are of excellent quality. Analyze plant workers, resource, and capital to select best way of meeting production goals. Qualifications: Must have prior Plant manager experience. At least six to 10 yrs of bakery manufacturing experience, ideally in bread. Relevant degree strongly preferred with baking industry certifications. Good knowledge of quality control systems with BRC preferred. Very strong organizational, leadership and planning skills, with prior work involving a unionized workforce a strong plus. Effective communication, and human relations skills.
