JOB CODE: (R03913) Compliance/Director of Coding & Compliance LOCATION: Indiana Reporting to the Director of Finance, this position works closely with Medical Directors, Executive Directors and Clients Compliance Committee. Directs and oversees overall programs focused on coding, chart auditing, and HIPAA compliance. Collaborates with senior management to develop business plans, short and longterm goals, along with measurable targets designed to improve efficiency, quality of care, clinical documentation, service excellence and appropriate reimbursement for services. Collaborates effectively with clinical and administrative leadership, physicians, nurses and a wide variety of other staff to ensure that coding and compliance goals are met. Maintains a high performance workplace environment characterized by positive relationships and a strong orientation to quality patient care.
