Sr. Associate-Strategy - (Naperville, IL)

The Role Under general direction of the SVP Growth & Strategy, the Sr. Associate-Strategy will analyze, coordinate, and facilitate analysis identifying details sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting findings related to customers, competitors, suppliers. Evaluation may also support acquisitions and divestitures as well as assist in strategic planning activities that support the ongoing development of long term business plans. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 1-two years of traditional consulting experience such as an Associate Consultant with strong analytical rigor and issue solving skillset. Most importantly a proven passion to identify issues, execute analysis, translate data into insights, and develop strategic recommendations across the Lamb Weston business. In addition, the role will require the thought leadership to develop implementation plans of strategic recommendations.
