Accounting Clerk - (Chehalis, WA)

Accounting Clerk Our Accounting team is a group who individually and collaboratively handle the core accounting responsibilities for Pacific Mobile. As the Accounts Payable Coordinator you will be responsible for helping process invoices and issuing payments. You will thrive in this position if you have a strong work ethic, are detail oriented, organized, reliable and a natural problem solver. In this role there is a strong emphasis on accuracy and deadlines. The ideal team player enjoys working in a quick paced, high volume environment. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation. Route invoices to approver for authorization to pay and process payment. Verify PO and match to vendor invoice. Review coding for accuracy prior to posting invoices. Research and direct corrections of any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Verify lien release, retainage and certified payroll have been received. Train branch staff on use of purchasing module.
