Corporate Engineering Director - (Youngstown, OH)

The Schwebel Baking Company is seeking an experienced Corporate Engineering Director. This position will work out of either our Corporate office in Youngstown, Ohio or Solon, Ohio. The Corporate Engineering Director is responsible for the management and support of key projects from inception to completion at all Schwebel’s locations. Projects can range from the redesigning of existing manufacturing lines, installation of new manufacturing lines, focused improvement (FI) initiatives, as well as creation of detailed equipment specifications. Responsibilities: Apply excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal, in all directions to multiple levels of experience. Coordinate all aspects of Projects from inception through completion. Manage operational functions within the manufacturing facilities according to budgets while complying with corporate policies. Improve PLC Control Programs Programming and troubleshooting of Allen Bradley PLC based systems
