The Perfect candidate We are looking for a capable and highly-motivated painting and maintenance professional who takes great pride in their work and a job well done. This person must also be customer-service oriented and respond to all assigned tasks promptly and with a positive attitude. Position description The position is responsible for all painting needs on the property, as well as any required special projects. This includes, but would not be limited to, touching up the paint in the units, hallways and public areas of the resorts. Other duties to be discussed during the interview process. Flexible schedule; able to work weekends and holidays. High-school degree or General Education Degree preferred. Prior significant painting background. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
