Your responsibilities: * Provide Human Resources support and assistance to operations leadership in assigned Brookdale community(s) * Respond to and tracks calls from associates with questions, concerns, and feedback on HR policies, procedures, and practices * Coordinate, monitor, and support the pre-employment and random drug screening processes * Provide issue solving support and interpretive support to community leadership regarding HR policies, procedures, and guidelines * Assist field Human Resources Directors with info gathering, issue solving and any special tasks, presentations or projects Necessary skills and requirements: * High-school degree or general education degree (GED) required * Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related position is preferred * Min of 1 to 2yrs of background Human Resources
