Field Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Store #GSO As a Field Talent Acquisition Recruiter - North East with The Fresh Market you will be responsible for recruiting and staffing key hourly positions for our North East zone (geographical area). You will work in close partnership with the North East Zone Vice President and Regional Managers of Operations to identify staffing needs for key stores and markets, as well as be the point of contact of 2-4 Talent Acquisition Coordinators. You will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, including interviewing, actively recruiting for openings, building strategic relationships/partnerships with local community partners to drive candidate flow, building candidate pipelines, and initiating experience checks, onboarding, and confirming applicants have completed their 1st day paperwork (i.e. I-9's and other documents) once they have started.
