HR Generalist - (Farmville, NC)

DESCRIPTION The HR Generalist will manage various Human Resource processes and programs in a steelworks manufacturing environment at the corporate facility in Farmville, NC to include but not limited to: employee relations, orientations, recruitment coordination, training and development, salary/benefits administration, performance management, discipline/performance improvement, policy interpretation/application. This is a full time position reporting to the President of the Company. DUTIES KEY FUNCTIONS: Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
