Job description Reporting to Preconstruction Director, this position is responsible for leading the team on a variety of project types and delivery methods, bid day evaluations, pricing, as well as assisting other teams in estimate development. This person is known as the estimating expert on the team and can communicate reasons for cost fluctuations, scope differences, etc. to the team.
