Lead Construction Superintendents - 140-160k - (Fall River, MA)

Lead Construction Superintendent Looking for 2 full time permanent Lead Superintendents to join or Construction team. Work is all over MA but majority is located in Boston metro area. Must Haves: 1) An established work experience of completing ground-up projects in the $50M-$100M range. 2) Must be able to lead a team of area and assistant superintendents. 3) Prefer individuals with Cambridge and/or Boston licenses. All applicants must have MA CSL license at min. 4) Background in multi-family is a plus, but not required Project types We do a lot of work with multi-family, assisted living and in the hotel market. Typical projects are structural steel, cast in place, block and plank and panelized wood. Most contracts are open-book, negotiated GMP projects where client service is paramount.
