Identifies and strives to meet the residents--- needs.Hours of work: This part time position offers adjustable hours and will work up to 25 hours per week. Hours of work will be between 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., weekdays; 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday; noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. Working the weekends will be a requirement. Schedule may vary outside of this range according to individual property and residential property manager.Duties and Responsibilities1. Marketing Responds effectively to telephone inquiries to generate prospective resident visits to the property. Maintains a call-to-show ratio of at least 65%.
