Warehouse Team Lead - (Memphis, TN)

Paramount Staffing, an equal opportunity employer, is recruiting for Team Leads for the Olive Brach area. Must have a least 1yr Warehouse Team Lead background. Must be able to work twelve hours a day seven days a week if needed. Position available for second shift. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain current plans, procedures, programs and strategies to enhance performance, accuracy levels and interdepartmental perceptions. Ensure max utilization of manpower and equipment. Responsible for overseeing replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, shipping and International shipments. Respond to issues via email or phone in a timely manner. Maintain safety, housekeeping and maintenance standards. Must be able to interact with other departments to help make team successful. Must be able to push productivity while simultaneously controlling costs. Expertise to stand in when Supervisor is out.
