Engineer III - (Madison, WI)

Engineer III TSSHO POSITION PURPOSE: To repair and maintain hotel equipment and building systems to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and employees. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: 1. General Maintenance of property (to include landscaping, snow shoveling, cutting grass, inspections, light fixtures, flags, repair as needed.) 2. Daily inspections of interior (light fixtures, carpeting, general maintenance, and repairs as needed.) 3. Daily inspections of swimming pool area (pumps, temperature, chemicals, and cleanliness) 4. Maintenance requests: Prioritize requests and repairs items as needed, this item encompasses entire property. 5. Answer radio/emergency calls promptly and in a professional manner. 6. Fire Alarms: inspect regularly, respond to all alarms when on property to determine cause, act accordingly. 7. Appropriate use of materials and equipment to avoid waste, and unnecessary repairs. 8.
