Director, Product Engineering - (Michigan City, IN)

This is a Director, Product Engineering position with Weil-McLain, which is a division of The Marley-Wylain Company. Job description The Director of Product Engineering is responsible for the life-cycle of product development for the residential and commercial product platforms for Weil-McLain. This role will direct the design and development of new products as well as the upgrading and maintenance of existing product lines to ensure strong performance of products in the market. This role will lead, directly or indirectly, an organization consisting of Engineers, Laboratory Technicians, and Drafting across multiple locations. Reporting to the V.P Engineering, this individual will also drive product design and development process improvements.
