Veterinary Technician Wanted - (St Louis, MO)

We are a Cat Specific Clinic in search of an experienced veterinary technician to work part time with possibility of being hired full time. Duties include but are not limited to: animal restraint, anesthesia monitoring, IV catheterization, surgical preparation, surgical monitoring, patient recovery, client education, preventive care, in-house lab work, small animal care, maintaining detailed records, filling prescriptions, cystocytesis, phelbotomy, blood pressure readings, radiology, dental cleaning, lab machine maintenance, kennel duties, and facility upkeep. Extended training will be provided. Competitive candidate will be an individual who works well in a team setting, is dependable, has outstanding communication abilities, has a flexible schedule, is able to multi-task, is able to withstand and thrive in a high stress environment, is able to prioritize activities/duties, can show incentive, and has the expertise to read doctors needs.
