In this Controller role you will have full financial responsibility for all accounting manners in a large, multi-company organization. Sample Duties of the Controller: Responsible for Overseeing cash flow, cost allocations, budgeting and forecasting/planning, financial statements, consolidations, financial modeling and analysis. Provides analysis of complex situations, preparation of formal presentations, and presentations to management. Assists in identifying business opportunities and providing strategic assessments for senior executive management. Oversees tax affairs of the company including tax planning and compliance.
