Position details Compiles and analyzes financial details for North America Business Unit. Ownership of financial models to help support strategic decision making. Tracks and approves spend; ensure the organization stays within operating plan. Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure financial details has been recorded accurately. Analyze complex financial details and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Develops, maintains, updates, and improves models used for budget vs. actual analysis, forecasting, and headcount analysis for groups supported. Analyzes data by various functional groups, rollups, and geographies. Assist in the creation and implementation of the annual budget.
