Job DescriptionICES is an experienced nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting a peaceful world by increasing international awareness and understanding through high-school youth exchange.We are urgently looking for individuals for the Local Coordinator position who have background in youth exchange and/or willing to be trained. Assignments include recruiting and screening volunteer host families, facilitating positive relationships with local schools, and supporting exchange students during their program in the position.The applicants must have strong ties to their local community and an appreciation for foreign cultures. ICES students come to the U.S. from Europe, Asia, South America and Australia.
