Handyman Wanted - Need Help Refurbishing A Garage - (Sun Valley, CA)

Hi, I'd like someone to help me refurbish a garage conversion. It's in Sun Valley, and it will involve laying pavers for a walkway, some carpentry, installing a security door and a microwave oven/range hood, and painting. Also possibly some flooring work and storage shed assembly. I expect that this will take no more than 3 weeks to do, so I'd like a bid for the project, not a per hour bid. If you agree with this and you speak fluent English and are experienced & reliable, we should be able to collaborate together just fine.
