Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Eagle ACCESS The Eagle ACCESS Operations team is seeking a Senior SRE to join our growing cloud application support team working in a fast-paced and technically cutting edge environment. This job necessitates both strategic issue solving as well as escalated tactical incident organizational skills. The Senior SRE will be responsible for tuning of Eagle---s hosted environment to ensure optimal performance and will be an escalation point for incidents that cannot be addressed with standard documented procedures. The Senior SRE will also be responsible for problem management to address the root cause(s) of systemic production issues and recommend/implement continual service improvement. This position will be located in our Wellesley, MA office. The incumbent will be working with our growing internal teams as well as with our clients. Responsibilities: Lead problem management efforts for Eagle ACCESS. Tuning at the application and system level.
