Building Maintenance Technician - AM - (Oberlin, OH)

Job DescriptionA management company is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for a full time position. You will be responsible, for traveling to other sites, to install heaters, and perform janitorial, landscaping, drywall, painting, and minor electrical repairs. Work hours are Monday through Friday from eight a.m. to five p.m. Candidates who are qualified must have previous building maintenance background, must have own reliable transportation and a valid license with a clean driving history, must have a solid work history, must be safety-conscious, and must be a team member.
