Customer Service Advisor Multilingual and Non Bi-lingual ( Job Number: 08945-XXXXXX ) Work Location : United States-Florida-Orange Park-Shared Services - Orange Park Schedule : Full time Description The ideal candidate is required to be multilingual in Spanish. Works with Parallon client customers to address inquiries and concerns related to hospital patients account. Parllon is seeking a multilingual representative with knowledge of Spanish to meet the needs of our Spanish speaking customers. Parallon is also seeking non-multi-lingual applicants to meet the needs of their patients. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Talk with Parallon client customers by phone or in person to obtain details needed to complete tasks Confer with other staff members to obtain additional info and clarification needed to resolve customer concerns Reconcile accounts according to insurance contracts Review accounts for appeal requests and forward appropriately
