Position overview The APAR Training Coordinator is responsible for planning, conducting and administering programs that train employees and improve their skills, knowledge and performance. This role would maintain training programs and curriculum for the Training Department. This position performs a variety of services designed to enhance job performance, meet employee development, organizational and departmental training needs. Assess and evaluate training/education needs Identify objectives Design and create training plans and materials Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective Assess and evaluate training/education needs
