Please contact: bhagya.joseph Responsibilities: Identify/Screen applicants who are qualified & position them for the role and bring them to a closure Min of 2-5 yrs proven ability in IT Recruiting Be resourceful, be willing to look under every rock to find the right applicant match Source & Recruit for contract opportunities in a high paced environment Expertise to juggle multiple priorities as well as the expertise to switch hiring objectives quickly Must be highly organized, efficient, and manage time effectively Strong networking skills and a broad knowledge of the local market Expertise to build a talent pipeline for prospective future growth Necessary background: 3-5 yrs min background in Account Management & Recruiting in IT Staffing & Recruiting industry background Experience in recruiting for Investment banks is preferred Contract, Contract-to-Hire and Direct Hire staffing background
