Our client, a chemical company is looking to hire an Human Resources Coordinator on a contract basis located in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES - Schedule interviews for candidates who are qualified with hiring managers - Schedule travel with applicants interviewing with the company - Understand/discuss hiring needs with hiring managers - Determine candidate requirements by studying job descriptions and job requirements - Use candidate tracking system to log all candidate/recruiter/manager activity - Execute offer letters - Support 3 recruiters in Talent Acquisition department - Assist hiring managers in the recruitment process including drafting job summary, post and track job postings
