Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe UTC Electronic Commodity Team is seeking a applicant who will be supporting the electronics commodity as an electronic components technical subject matter expert and will be responsible for, but not limited to, proposing alternate part substitutes, identifying cost competitive suppliers for work transfer, supporting the work transfer process, and ensuring a healthy pipeline of cost savings is in place in the component sub-commodity. The applicant will play a key role in interfacing with business unit engineering, as well as other stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of identified cost savings opportunities. al Understands and evaluates the impacts of both strategic and tactical decisions on the long-term strategy of the supply base
