Description Oliver Rubber Machinery division is recruiting for Plant Machinist. If selected for this position, you will receive personalized training in this area to prepare you for work in 1 of our Salisbury, NC facility. The mission of the Plant Machinist is to manufacture quality parts in a safe and optimum operating condition. Responsibilities: - Application of all safety rules and practices specific and non-specific to the machinist trade on company premises - Manufacture quality parts that meet the standards defined in the procedures and technical specifications. - High-school diploma - Capable of set up and running manual milling and lathe machines, boring mill, and grinders to produce parts in an efficient and safe manner. - Responsibly manage the time and resources allocated on every job.
