GoldOller Real Estate Investments seeking a top notch Leasing Agent to join our Fairburn GA team. Must have previous sales or leasing experience. Must provide superior customer service to our valued residents and posses the expertise to close the deal. Onesite and Lead2Lease experience desired. Maintain occupancy standards at the highest level achievable and provide the max level of service to the residents ? Maintain min 25% closing ratio ? Assist Leasing Manager and Property Manager in managing overall marketing expenses, e.g. managing which marketing ads are really beneficial to the community ? Assist Leasing Manager in crafting creative in-house newsletters, move-in gifts, outreach programs, etc.
