Customer Service/Branch Account Representative - (Pendleton, OR)

Our financial/banking client is looking for a Branch Account/Customer Service Representative for an immediate opening! Location: Pendleton, OR Contract: 4-five months (potential to go perm) Schedule: Typical office hours are Mon, Wed and Fri - 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Tues and Thurs - 10:00AM - 7:00PM and up to two Saturdays per month - 9:00AM -12:00PM. Must be willing to work flexible scheduling as needed Our client is looking for someone with strong customer services/communication expertise and sales experience (strongly preferred) to assist in their branch location. Main Job Responsibility: Assist with general duties in the branch such as filing, answering phones, greeting customers, assisting with paperwork etc. Other duties could consist of: Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction Work as an individual contributor and as part of a team to achieve business/organizational goals
