General Manager - Bethany Athletic Club - (Portland, OR)

Our premier, upscale athletic club, owned by Central Bethany Development Company, seeks an energetic and experienced General Manager. Our vision is to provide an excellent recreational and social experience for the entire family. We are committed to being a valuable amenity to the Bethany community! We seek a dynamic General Manager to oversee all club operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring our members have a memorable, state-of-the-art experience that demonstrates the highest level of client service and care. Responsibilities include directing all operational and financial matters, including supervision of the department managers; membership sales and marketing, day salon and spa, bistro, group exercise and kids central area. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Corporate Wellness, Kinesiology, or related position preferred. Five or more years of managerial experience in the hospitality or fitness industry, preferably within a standout health club with a large membership volume.
