Title : Human Resources Generalist Location : Traverse City, MI Role Overview : As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing sound HR practices in a high growth, fast-paced manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be an influential partner to plant leadership by providing strategic guidance and technical support in all Human Resources disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, workforce training and development, payroll and benefits administration, employment law, staffing, and workplace safety. Job duties : Partner with supervisors and managers to ensure the appropriate level of talent to meet short and long-term production goals. Consult with employees and plant leadership in raising and resolving workplace issues. Regularly assess the plant climate and employee engagement. Make recommendations to improve and ensure a vibrant culture and good working environment.
