Analyze, test, troubleshoot, support and maintain organization's application systems. Key functions: Uses shop standards for programming and documentation Manages a variety of tasks related to database management Responsible for systems or sub-systems assigned Helps maintain hardware and operating system upgrades striving for achieving 99% up time Stay current on all IT trends, accounting systems, and trucking software Supports internal customers with data gathering and processing as needed Help maintain multiple levels of security Work well with technical and non-technical people Regular sustained attendance Expertise to travel to customers and vendors as needed Other duties as assigned
