User Researcher Summary: Signature Consultants is seeking a User Researcher for an opportunity in Clayton, MO. The User Researcher will coordinate and conduct all user recruiting for these research activities. He or she will identify target user and associated criteria needed for recruiting. Responsibilities: Engage various partner teams on gathering and approval of user lists (i.e., working with data requests, privacy scrubbing groups, etc.) Track and manage recruiting activities for each study and down to the participant level (i.e., tracking project, who was contacted, who participated, etc.) Interface with Financial Advisers to recruit clients in their book of business Facilitate/moderate user-centered design research activities Interviews, Usability Testing, Focus Groups, Card Sorting, Contextual Inquiry, Ethnography
