Packer Teller - (Reading, PA)

Job Function Description Responsible to report to Huddle work area at the schedule time and scheduled day Actively engages during daily Huddles. Listen, learn, and communicate successes, issues, or barriers impacting performance Ensure workstation is stocked with supplies necessary to perform tasks for the entire shift Counts and verifies bulk cash/coin fund prior to beginning pack-out process. Immediately reports any over/shortage discovered during verification process Responsible for accurate and timely currency and coin order processing Immediately reports any over/shortage discovered during pack-out process Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures including individual bank state and federal regulations. Meets or exceeds all established change order processing productivity standards Ensures all change order bags are sealed properly and placed in appropriate location for piece count verification.
