Collections Customer Service Agents: $12.00 + Bonuses - (Tucson, AZ)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for incoming calls received on ACD line. - Refer calls that cannot be handled to appropriate area. - Must be a self-starter with the expertise to work well under pressure with little supervision - Maintain delinquency flags and holds. - Expertise to solve problems. - Must have strong interpersonal and good communication expertise. - Special projects as assigned by supervisor. - Issue required regulatory disclosures - Provide best in class customer service The position will cover various shifts. We are looking to fill in shifts between 11am-8pm and 3pm-12am est. Mon -Fri and Sat hours are from 8-5est. We have a Saturday rotation schedule where each agent works once every two months. When working a Saturday, they would be off 1 day during the week to ensure they get 40 hours.
