Graduation Assistant " Photography Event - Eugene, OR - (Veneta, OR)

GradImages is currently searching for outgoing and attentive people to assist during graduation events in your area! The main assignments include but are not limited to: - Distributing and collecting graduate name cards and contact info, tracking graduate names as theyre called during graduation - Assistants should be very comfortable working with and speaking with large groups of rambunctious people in a crowd setting - Expertise to lift up to 30 pounds - Were looking for outgoing, efficient people with customer service attitudes - Assistants must be able to adhere to a schedule, arrive on time for events and stay for the duration of events. - Assistants must be able to stand for the duration of the events indoor or outdoor conditions - Assistants must present themselves maturely and professionally at all times. Assistants must dress formally (see dress code qualifications below) - Assisting the photographers by guiding the participants during onsite photography of graduation events
