Headquartered in facilities located strategically throughout the world. Critical responsibilities Manage documents, media and stories on Alltechs company-wide intranet. Enforce tagging, naming and archiving protocols for document libraries Tag, name and upload files to libraries Set archiving alerts and remove or archive outdated files Manage WIKI content Identify new topics and revisions to existing topics by monitoring press releases and internal announcements Develop new WIKI topic pages Perform regular review and updates on existing content Work with communications team to collect and post internal news stories to the intranet blog Reach out
