Director of Cath Lab - Job Code: G1501273 - (Commerce, TX)

Directs the activities of the Cardiac Cath Laboratory Services. Administers, plans, directs and evaluates the activities of the Cardiac Cath Laboratory to ensure quality patient care. Develops goals, policies and procedures; prepares and submits the operating and capital expenditure budgets for the cardiac cath lab. Participates in CQI and performance improvement activities. Performs other duties as assigned. REGULATORY QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Radiology; Masters preferred. - Current RN or RT license in the state of Texas. - Current BLS and ACLS certifications. BACKGROUND: Min of 5yrs background in coronary care nursing and/or the Cardiac Cath Laboratory and/or Radiology. REPORTS TO: Chief Nursing Officer Eligible for bonus up to $5000 Relocation benefits offered Qualification/Certification: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or Radiology; Masters preferred.
