Quality Engineer - (Chester, NY)

REQUIREMENTS: - Respond to customer requests for RCCA (root cause / corrective action) and utilizing the RMS quality system - Project-based background JOB SPECS - Process validation background - 1+ years of background - Expertise to complete product investigations (FDA) - Review and approve process documentation and work instructions for compliance to specification requirements and industry best practices. - Perform 1st Article Inspections. - Assist the QA/product and engineering team in identifying and implementing processes and procedures that reduce cost improving product yield, reliability and customer satisfaction. - NCRs - Ensure all internal manufacturing, development, supplier, and receiving inspection work instructions are correct and conform to the quality policy and expectations. - Work with QA manager and manufacturing engineering to conduct company-wide process validation
