Senior Warehouse Manager Outbound Operations Were looking for a skilled and innovative leader to oversee the effective execution of all evening outbound operations. This position works closely with the Director of Operations to set performance goals and provides direction & support to second and third shift managers to achieve those goals. Specific areas of focus include: operational excellence, safety, continuous improvement, management effectiveness and associate development. Qualifications include: previous background leading managers in warehousing, supply chain or manufacturing operations; superior communication and people skills; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; a collaborative leadership style; Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related position.
