Mom' Back to School - (Berwyn, IL)

Dear New Friend, I am a Teacher Assistant who has the opportunity has been blessed with the opportunity to complete my Masters in Special Education at a local university that has a prestigious reputation. My ten year old daughter is in an after school program that retrieves her from school between the hours of three p.m. to six p.m. My Wednesday night class runs from 5p p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Her school is on the west side of Chicago and my school is in the town of River Forest. I think the option that is most protective of my child's ego is that I recieve her from school and bring her to the provider. As a last resort, I could make accomodations for her after school provider to allow a designated person to pick her up from her provider and I will then meet with the provider to receive her after my classes are over.
