The Housekeeping Team Leader is a working supervisor responsible for managing daily cleaning of MAHEC facilities to include clinical, administrative and educational areas; including exam rooms, procedure and ultrasound rooms, labs, restrooms and offices. Manages the daily activities of the housekeeping crew (including the supervisor) to cover all assigned cleaning activities and classroom set-ups. Meets daily with the housekeeping crew and the Facilities Services Coordinator to discuss daily priorities and needs. Monitor and ensure the training of new personnel. Establish and maintain housekeeping schedules and assign employees to areas for various housekeeping duties; conduct comprehensive inspection to check the completion of work assignments. Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE High-school certificate and 4yrs of commercial cleaning or equivalent combination of education required. Supervisory experience desired. Previous experience with medical office or commercial cleaning preferred.
