Library Assistant II - (Clinton, IN)

The Library Assistant II will work onsite at 1 of our clients and will provide a range of records management and library related support. Strong analytical and technical skills and superior attention to detail are required for this role. This full time position is located in Clinton, IN. SKILLS/ABILITIES/COMPETENCIES: Respond in a timely and professional manner to document requests - electronic and in person Generate new file folders when required Populate and keep current a database of all documents/records received Assist in creation, revision, routing and approval of electronic documents Remain up to date on Record Center processes, systems, and tools Assist with generating monthly reports, as requested Day to day management and organization within the filing systems including shifting files, preparing new folders and labels Ensure updates to any existing routes are processed in a timely manner Prepare records for storage and shipment to the Corporate Records Center
