GIS Analyst - (Gray, LA)

South Central Planning and Development Commission is seeking a part time GIS ANALYST. The individual must possess a Bachelor's degree in City and Regional Planning or other related position, or at least 10 yrs direct background with GIS. This is a part time, professional position which will be responsible for fulfilling map and data requests, provide technical assistance and software training to agency personnel, provide oversite to production room area, develop and maintain agency data directory, attendance as needed at meetings, participation in local redistricting efforts, develop a repository of GIS info within the District in collaboration with NSU, Member Parishes, and Municipalities and perform other duties as required.
