Financial Analyst Department: Finance Schedule: Full time Shift: Day Hours: 37.5 hrs/wk Hours / Pay Period: 37.5 Grade: 12 Job Info: JOB DETAILS: Under the general supervision of the Finance Manager, analyst performs financial analysis, prepares statistical and operational reports, supports cost accounting & revenue cycle, and provides financial proforma/forecasting and analysis. EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree required. EXPERIENCE: Experience in accounting, financial analysis, cash flow, product line evaluation, and revenue cycle support. Advanced level computer skills required: spreadsheets, databases (MS Access, Crystal Reports, etc), and related software skills - Ms excel (pivots/vlookups). Some hospital finance/accounting experience preferred. COMPETENCIES: Excellent people skills with demonstrated expertise to work with other. Comfortble working with deadlines and shifting priorities. Must have sense of urgency.
