Data Entry Clerk Job overview: Description: The Data Entry Clerk maintains inventory updates in Voice in an effort to exceed plan tour flow for each site through a variety of tools like virtual room and tour fulfillment, room requests, inventory reviews, etc. You'll ensure we are maximizing our room allotments in comparison to our tour availability for their assigned location, and alert management of any possible shortfalls. You will perform a variety of support tasks and duties to assist with the day-to-day activities of the Fulfillment Team. Qualification: What will I be doing? * Regular interaction with customers, both internal and external. * Service and support all Direct Marketing departments including VIP. * Verification of reservations and tours for accuracy. * Monitor and Fulfill Virtual Room and Tour inventory for their assigned location within the 72-hour turn around.
