Manager of Process & Developement Engineering - (Gainesville, GA)

My client is an international manufacturing organization with sales in the billions. They manufacture industrial products for many different industries, however this location in northern Georgia is an automotive manufacturing facility. Most of their products are made using molding processes. They currently have a need for a Manager of Process Engineering and Development. Duties: supervise over 5-8 engineers work hand in hand with automotive customers on new product development manage all capital equipment projects in the plant from start to finish develop and lead all new production processes promote and manage all Lean Manufacturing initiatives support 6 sigma, quality systems, and APQP develop equipment for PPAP and production launch work with engineers and designers to design molds and tools for mass production
